Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                           
Representatives for a period of more than three

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be taken up.  Without objection, SENATE                             
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 was read the second time and
